Q: How do I apply for a home?

It’s easy! You can apply by filling out the online application form. The application fee can be paid privately and securely through our website.

Q: How do I verify my income if I do not have copies of my pay stubs?

No problem. If you do not have pay stubs to provide, there are several ways to submit verification of income. We accept W-2 forms, 1099s, IRS Statements, Child Support documents, tax returns, Social Security benefit letters, financial aid award notices, and even letters from your employer. If you still are not able to provide any of these options, you can submit the last three months of bank statements showing deposits made from income.

Q: I have not been contacted since my application was submitted. Does this mean I do not qualify?

No. This does not mean you have not qualified. Unless you have been told that you have not qualified, do not assume you are not eligible. If we have not contacted you within 2-3 days, please feel free to get a hold of our property management team to check your application status.

Q: Am I able to see the property before I fill out the application form?

Yes, you may view the property before you apply. Please contact Todd Hill at 704-340-2022 to view any of our rental properties. We will need you to answer a few pre-qualification questions prior to showing the property to you.

Q: How much is the total security deposit/move-in cost?

The security deposit will be the first month’s rent once you have a successful application approval. This amount is due at the time of move-in. If your application is not accepted, you may still qualify with a 2 month security deposit

Q: Do you allow pets?

Pets are conditional to certain properties at the owner’s discretion. If a pet is allowed, a fee of $300 must be collected by cashier’s check or money order prior to taking possession of the property.

Q: Do you accept rent payments online?

Yes! As of 2012, we have started accepting online ACH payments for rent. This makes it quick and easy to submit your rent each month without any hassle.
