Nancy is very knowledgeable about local taxes, school district boundaries and local amenities. She is a very good listener which renders her very capable of deciphering a client's needs. After I decided on a rental, Nancy explained diligently how the administrative process was to be carried out with the listing agent. Even after her duties were terminated with me, she sent me an e-mail to follow-up with me on how the administrative process was coming along, which, by no means was an obligation on her part.
